At MVP, our Talent Pipeline Program is dedicated to cultivating the next generation of professionals of color. This innovative program connects ambitious young talent with leading companies for holistic internship experiences. We are committed to providing more than just an internship; we offer a comprehensive career launchpad.
How We Collaborate with Companies:
Through our partnerships with esteemed organizations, we facilitate internships that are more than just work experiences. This summer, we are thrilled to collaborate with Health Monitor and Phreesia, two forward-thinking companies committed to fostering diversity and inclusivity.
Our Unique Approach:
Each participant in our program receives extensive support to ensure they are interview-ready and confident. This includes:
- Resume Enhancement: Tailored feedback to present their skills and experiences effectively.
- Mock Interviews: Practice sessions to build confidence and refine interview techniques before meeting with host companies.
- Workshops: Interactive sessions held throughout the summer, focusing on professional development and industry insights.

Summer 2025 Host Companies
Taiho Oncology
The mission of Taiho Oncology, Inc. is to improve the lives of patients with cancer, their families and their caregivers. The company specializes in the development and commercialization of orally administered anti-cancer agents for various tumor types.
Who we are looking for
Taiho Oncology is seeking motivated interns to join our team and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, fast-paced pharmaceutical environment. Whether you’re interested in Human Resources or Medical Affairs, our internship roles provide an opportunity to work closely with seasoned industry professionals and dive into the heart of our operations. Who we are looking for
IPG Health is seeking candidates with excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, coupled with active listening and the ability to receive feedback. Ideal candidates will excel at working collaboratively across functions, possess strong organizational and time management skills, and demonstrate proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Beginner experience in Adobe Creative Suite is a plus for creative roles. “As a first-generation college student eager to gain mentorship, I’m thrilled to be part of the Fellowship Program. I believe it will provide valuable opportunities and guidance as I work towards my aspirations.”
Bio:
Sebastian Gonzales is an ambitious finance major with a minor in psychology at the Rutgers Business School, recognized for seamlessly integrating academic excellence with noteworthy accomplishments as an Education Opportunity Fund Scholar. His professional journey has been marked by impactful roles, including, a Customer Relations Intern at Rutgers Career Exploration and Success, where he demonstrated financial acumen through accurate accounting and effective donor relations as a Treasury Intern at the Circle of Rainbow Sisters.

Bio:
Jasmine is currently a second-year student at the University of Pennsylvania, pursuing a double major in History and Latin American Studies, complemented by a minor in Native American & Indigenous Studies. She is particularly interested in Andean philosophy and language revitalization, and her academic journey reflects her deep commitment to understanding and advocating for Indigenous rights and immigration issues. Actively involved in campus life, she holds a position on the Undergraduate Advisory Board for Latin American Studies and serves on multiple executive boards dedicated to showcasing Indigenous cultures. Jasmine aspires to continue her studies and utilize her expertise to amplify the voices and stories of Indigenous communities.

Bio:
Oluwatimilehin Adefioye who prefers to go by Timilehin or Tim is a Nigerian-American immigrant who is heavily interested in STEM. He is always happy to learn from the mistakes and successes of others and his own. He intends to live life in search of fulfilling experiences while enriching the lives of those around him. His life goal is to utilize his unique perspective as a black African man to make the world a healthier, safer, and more understanding place for all people.
