Bio:

Nic Giacopelli loves inspiring, empowering, and having a meaningful impact on people! He brings extensive experience in human capital, business operations, and branding.

Over the course of his career, Nic has shaped an impressive track record of developing talent, driving engagement, building trusted partnerships, thoughtfully challenging & influencing, create inclusive work climates, fostering collaboration, & building high-performing change agile teams that lead to increased productivity & reduced conflict. Along with building his own companies, his work spans across emerging and established multinational organizations. For a little extra fun, Nic is a youth soccer coach and is committed to sharing his passion for the sport while providing a platform for young athletes to achieve their highest potential both on and off the field.  

Nic has earned an undergraduate degree from Manhattanville College and an MBA from Baruch’s Zicklin School of Business. Additionally, he holds a Certification as a Strategic HR Business Partner (sHRBP) from the Human Capital Institute, a United Soccer Coaches National Coaching Diploma, Certificates of Completion in Change Management and Difficult Interactions from Harvard ManageMentor, and a Certificate of Completion in Financial Planning from Boston University.
