We are thrilled to have Llajaira Salazar, an experienced learning and development professional from Amazon, guide us through an enlightening session on Learning Agility and its transformative impact on career growth.
Llajaira Salazar has spent her 13 year career at Amazon working on developing people at every level. She started as a warehouse employee In Hazleton PA, while working on a bachelor’s degree in early childhood education. She decided to build her career at amazon through the Learning and Development career path. She made 4 state moves with the company and got the opportunity to Onboard and develop over 12,000 amazon employees at every level from warehouse associate to VP level employees. Currently her focus at Amazon as a leadership coach is to develop people leaders in the organization and help them focus on what good people leaders can accomplish.
