Tracy is part of the team that helped build the Cedar Knolls, NJ office of Fingerpaint, a full-service health and wellness ad agency. She has championed the Fingerpaint culture and been critical to business growth since joining the company in 2017. She is a 30-year industry veteran with a reputation for putting people first, inspiring high-functioning teams, and championing award-winning creative work. Tracy’s worked on too many launches and campaigns to count—from those targeting healthcare professionals to those targeting consumers in a wide array of categories from animal health to high science, with many blockbusters in the mix. She genuinely loves the thrill of pulling together the right people to do amazing things—no matter the challenge. Prior to joining Fingerpaint, she spent more than 20 years at McCann, rising through the creative ranks and, ultimately, holding leadership positions not only in creative, but also in strategy and client service. Tracy loves working with young professionals and takes pride in spotting and nurturing talent and helping them to be wildly successful.
