Talent Pipeline Program
MVP engages diverse talent not just through our Fellows Program, but also through our Talent Pipeline Initiative. MVP works closely with nonprofit organizations, colleges, scholarship funds, and community-based organizations to design and facilitate free career events and workshops to POC college students and young professionals seeking career readiness skills, support, mentorship, and job placement.

MVP’s monthly interactive panel with HR reps and leaders across industries, sharing personal and professional stories into best practices for entering the field, professional insights into standing out during the application and hiring processes, and creating exposure and awareness to thriving careers and opportunities.
