MVP matches every Fellow in our program with committed and experienced Mentors, to serve as galvanizing forces and sponsors throughout their journeys into thriving careers. Mentors are pivotal in our work and serve as a sounding board for Fellows.


Become a Mentor
Criteria for Mentorship
- Expertise and career knowledge of at least 3+ years
- Ability to commit to a minimum of 6-month matching
- Virtual meeting with Mentee once per month
- At least 25 years old
- Can attend bi-monthly workshops and events (at the heart of mentorship are people and relationships!)
Support Systems for Mentors
We are with you throughout the journey with ongoing real-person support from start to finish:
- Bi-monthly workshops and discussion
- Supporting mentor growth and leadership development
- Access to resources around mentorship best practices
- Curated database of resources to support our population
- Intentionally small cohort sizes – more direct attention
